Delivery Times

Delivery time is generally four to eight weeks based on demand. This store collects orders and when a minimum quantity threshold is reached production moves ahead. These are custom pieces not pre-made ready to ship. If 30 days have passed and your order has not moved to production we will ask you if you wish to continue to wait or cancel. You can cancel no charge for a full refund – prior to production starting. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, courier delays, acts of God, weather related events, and customs delays.


·         For delivery pre-Christmas order by Nov 15 or last business day before Nov 15

·         For delivery prior to December 31st, please order by Nov 30 or last business day before Nov 30

·         For any custom overseas or large quantity orders please order by Dec 1 to ensure delivery prior to March 31

 



Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are possible on any items that are customized with a logo and/or name. Please consult each item and scroll through pictures to see the size guide to ensure the correct fit.

 

 

Shipping: All items ordered will ship to you at the address specified. Group orders (those that use coupons) will have free shipping and ship to one central location for pickup. Shipping is no charge and will override any shipping address you enter at checkout.  



Shipping Rates

All clothing orders are a flat rate of $14. Get free shipping by setting up a group order for your site.

 

Shipping Delays, Lost Shipments, and Claims

Any delays or lost shipments must be handled by the customer directly with the courier. All claims for shipment damages are to be made by the customer with the carrier directly.
